A renovated stone house with central heating and a large garden with fruit trees. Situated in the Podgrad area of Old Bar, at the entrance to the olive grove, under the old Turkish fortress. The location is good for walks in the fresh air (the grove has some fantastic routes) and for going to restaurants (10 minutes walk to Old Bar). The large hospital of Bar is a 5-minute walk away.

A quiet, secluded place, hidden from both tourists and Adriatic storms. Novi Bar is easily accessible by car (5 minutes) or by bus.

The house is one-story, made of brick, on a slab. Layout: kitchen combined with a living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway.

Parking space for one car with new sliding gates (can be expanded).

The central radiator heating is connected to a wood burning stove.

The following works were carried out in 2024:

- facades and attic floors are insulated

-electrical replacement was carried out, electrical power under the contract with the supplying organization is 16 kW

- floors (parquet boards), doors were replaced

- interior walls plastered and painted

- new terrace (canopy made of welded metal profile pipes with sandwich panels, fresh slab poured, tiles laid)

- Ikea kitchen installed, new appliances installed: Elеctrоlux hob, Bosch oven and hood, Samsung refrigerator, reverse osmosis water filter, Indesit water heater

- ventilation is installed in the bathroom and kitchen

- in the bathroom - modern shower and plumbing, new furniture, 80-liter Indesit water heater, Bosch washing machine

- Ikea Pakh wardrobe 3 meters wide

-radiators replaced

- 15 meter barn with a new roof (welded metal profile pipes, corrugated sheet)

All rooms are equipped with new high-quality furniture. There is everything you need for a comfortable life!

There are fruit trees on the plot: pomegranate, plum, orange (2 pcs.), mandarin (5 pcs.), lemon, olive (6 pcs.; at the entrance to the olive grove - an oil mill, where you can exchange the collected olives for the highest quality oil), pear (2 pcs.), dogwood, the living room window is covered with grapes, in the parking lot - kiwi and grapes.
