The properties shown in this section are for sale. We accompany you from the viewing appointments to the purchase contract. We organize (almost) everything you need. Our prices displayed on the website consist of 2 components:

- the original price of the property

- our service fee, which usually includes all organizational measures and 2 on-site appointments with appropriate interpreters (and local guides if required).

Real estate for rent/lease, temporary living at the desired location

Here we also support you with all necessary organizational services. We provide you with all the information you need and organize the meetings with the landlord/lessor and (if necessary) the interpreters.

Short breaks, holidays, other services

If you are interested in certain properties, it is of course also important to know the urban environment. We would be happy to organize a tour around the property for you. An alternative, if desired, is a vacation trip in the respective country following the viewing appointments. All organizational measures are in the hands of our tour operator "Talisman Reisen".

Architectural Services

Have you bought a piece of land and want to build your dream property?
No problem. They inform us about their basic ideas. Perhaps you have already seen a beautiful object somewhere that you liked? Or have photos? Or concrete ideas? On this basis, our architect develops up to 3 proposals. You decide which design suits you best and what changes need to be made. This project is then further developed at a fixed price until you have a finished project, which can be implemented with a regional architect according to national regulations. Of course, we clarify in advance whether the planned construction project can be implemented on site in this way or at least in a similar way.

Our service fee listed for the respective offers is made up as follows:

• All organizational services related to the property, in particular viewing appointments with the providers of the properties and - if required - the interpreters
• Interpreter days: 2 days are included (property inspections, notary appointment)
• 1 notary appointment
• Communication with all parties involved (prospective buyer, provider, interpreter, notary)

All deviating services will be clarified and calculated with you in advance.
