This charming big house in the Sitges Hills has sun all day long and great views from one of the terraces or from a bench up in the lovely garden where you can look over the Olivella mountains. 

There are 2 main entrances to the house. One below which guides directly into the big kitchen / living area, a bathroom and the main bedroom. 

At the first floor there is another separate entrance or we can take the internal stairs from the kitchen. Entering in a big light living room with a huge terrace with stunning views. And 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 

With a ladder which could be modified to a real staircase, we can climb up into the attic, which can be used as a separate apartment, as there is as well a full bathroom and a separate huge terrace.

Next to the house there is a little annex where the fueltank and the heating system is located and as well the laundry area. Above that annex is another terrace to the south which could be used as a lounge area or even do some yoga or other sports on it. 

The garden is big and the actual owner has 5 chickens who run around amongst fruit and nut trees. On the spaceouse and covered terrace in front of the below entrance you can sit and enjoy your meals or just watch the nice view in the evening sun.
