Location:
The new residential complex to be built is located in Weinbergweg, fraction Mitterdorf. It is a quiet location in the middle of Kaltern. The center can be reached via the promenade, which is closed to motorized traffic, in about 10 minutes walking time. In the near distance there are several bus stops.
The view extends to the surrounding individual residential buildings, embedded in agricultural and private green areas. You can also see the surrounding mountains such as Schwarzhorn and Weißhorn to the east, the Merano mountains, Sarner Scharte and Rittner Horn to the north and the Mendola mountains to the west.
