The houses are located 3 km from Cetinje in a quiet, sparsely populated village. The area of the plot is 1600 m2 There are two legal one-story houses on the site, 40 and 37 m2. One of the houses is residential, a fireplace is installed The houses require repairs and installation of bathrooms (currently unavailable) It is possible to build wooden/prefabricated houses on the site to equip an eco-village Electricity is connected, water is from a well, it is possible to install a tank up to 40 m3, access road The plot is level, with cascades, fruit trees, and parking for several cars.
