- objects of mixed use, with an area of 14454 sq.m.

The site is located on the Adriatic highway, between the cities of Budva and Tivat; there is a need to expand the urban infrastructure, therefore, the construction of an object of any of the permitted purposes is a promising investment




The plot is horizontally flat, there is a natural stream on the plot, which is the key to solving the issue of providing the future structure with water in addition to the existing urban water supply.




The plot has an interface with the main highway of 82 meters, which will make it possible to build a huge parking lot in front of the building, for example, in front of a supermarket, gas station, or other object
