This Ski Apartment is located in Kolasin Ski resort (Building R in the master plan), the latest project within the Ski Resort K16 that began construction in October 2022. It will be decorated with a modern design with traditional elements and plenty of business spaces, as well as a SPA center on 2 levels and a restaurant/bar.  There are 27 m2 studios, 35m2 1 bedroom apartments, 51m2 superior 1 bedroom apartments and 54m2 duplex apartments available for sale.

All will be condo apartments & excellent investment opportunity in Montenegro, since the hotel will operating for 12 months. Unit owner is obliged to put his unit in the rental pool and can use it for 2 months, but no longer than 15 days in a row (of which 10 days in one month).
