The house is for sale in the most beautiful place of the Boko-Kotorska, on the peninsula Lustica, at a distance of only 30 meters from the sea. It is believed that the name of the city comes from the name of the Illyrian queen Teyta.  One canadian businessman Peter Munk built here the most luxurious on the Adriatic Marinas for super yachts called “Porto Montenegro”.
