This studio apartment is located in Bar. It is 3km away from the beach in Bar. Construction of this project has already started. The first out of four buildings is finished. Construction of the second building is going to be finished by the end of 2024.

A rare concept for a residential complex in Montenegro: a green oasis on a private territory of 1.3 hectares with a SPA center, reception in each building, it has its own garage for cars, its own restaurant and service sphere. For adults - there is a pool measuring 23 x 10 meters, with a depth of 1.4 meters, and for children - with slides, like in an aqua park, a pool measuring 4 x 2.5 meters, with a depth of 0.6 meters.
