This spacious estate in the hills is located in Budva Municipality around 2,5km from the Sveti Stefan beaches and 5km away from city center. The house is situated on approximately 250m of elevation where sea and mountain air mix together and make it perfect for living.  There is a magnificent view on to the beaches of Sveti Stefan, the island itself, and the whole Riviera.
