The house is located in Bar Municipality, in calm area with pines, near the sea and the beach - 700 meters to the beach walking distance, 300 meters air line. Roads and infrastructure to the house is very good.

House has garage, ground floor and 1st floor. In the garden there is a pool, summer kitchen and barbecue area.
