In terms of shape and appearance, the objects of the house can be divided into two types, alternating in the selection of the materialization of the ground floor and upper floor. The raised floor, which is materialized differently compared to the core of the building, exudes a contemporary spirit, while the local stone on the supporting walls evokes the Mediterranean architectural heritage. In this type of building, in which the floor level is plastered, there is a certain roundness of the outer edges of the floor. This approach enables visual dynamics and aesthetic diversity within the complex, while maintaining a harmonious overall appearance. The appearance of the buildings represents a combination of Mediterranean and contemporary architecture.

As part of the landscaping, green and paved free areas with a parking lot and a swimming pool are planned, where greenery dominates. Parts of the retaining walls facing the road and other plots were made of local stone known as bunj. In some places on the plot, it is planned to relocate and rearrange larger, existing trees, which contributes to creating a more comfortable environment. In general, the plot is planned to be planted exclusively with Mediterranean plants, with olives being dominant, which achieves harmony with the natural environment.
