Ski 2 bedroom apartment is located in hotel that is currently in development within the Ski Resort Kolasin 1450. Hotel has 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments from 36 m2 to 60 m2 available for sale.

Hotel (building B in masterplan) construction started in September 2022, opening planned in late 2025. Total 77 units, 28  available for sale. 

Apartments in this hotel are great investment opportunity in Montenegro, since the hotel will operating for 12 months. Unit owner is obliged to put his unit in the rental pool and can use it for 2 months, but no longer than 15 days in a row (of which 10 days in one month). 

The rest of the year, apartment is rented by the hotel management, and owner gets the return of an investment. Model for all Units rentals will be Rental Pool, 60% to the Unit owner and 40% to the Hotel after deducting costs.

Kolasin is also under steady and continuous influx of investments and Government focus for development in the North. Masterplan for Kolasin includes 100+km of Ski slopes (currently 42km), 20+ Hotels on 1450 Ski Center and 1600 Ski Center and infrastructure improvements that will connect the North-Eastern part of Montenegro with Kolasin, as well as continuation of Highway construction towards the border of Serbia.
