The complex consists of five buildings. Residential buildings are built on earthquake-resistant monolithic frame cushions. The load-bearing walls are 300 mm thick. All buildings are faced with Verona travertine, totaling 7500 sq.m. of this expensive material adorn the facades of the buildings. A high-tech four-level system of thermal, hydro and sound insulation “warm ceramics” is installed under the facing travertine.
