The large house consists of a ground floor (consisting of a reception, an office with small apartment - room, restaurant, kitchen and laundry room) and 3 floors with several apartments (on the first two floors there are 6 apartments and the third floor of 2 apartments).   The small house consists of a ground floor and 3 floors. There is a wellness center on the ground floor, and one apartment on each floor.   Also, it is important to note that the hotel has its own private access and parking lot wh ere 15 vehicles can be parked.   The distance from the sea is only 100 m.
