The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with dining room, covered terrace of 24.32m2 with barbecue, two garages in the basement and infinity pool.

In the basement there is a studio apartment with a kitchenette with a separate entrance (fifth room and bathroom).
