Charming house with a quiet patio in the heart of the popular La Isleta neighbourhood.

Some call the house a pearl, others a jewel. In any case, it is unique in Spanish colonial style: rather plain on the outside, it surprises on the inside with spacious rooms and high ceilings as well as traditional solid wooden windows and doors, all newly made by a Canarian carpenter in 2002. The house was thoroughly and extensively renovated in the years 2000-2010 under the supervision and cooperation of a German master craftsman, including new electricity and water pipes as well as the installations for a PV system.
