It is only a few minutes from Arenal’s sandy beach and the boulevard with its restaurants and shops. The nearest supermarket can be reached by car within a few minutes; families with children with enjoy the nearby Pinosol Park.

This spacious villa has two floors. The living and dining area, the kitchen, a hall, two of the bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are situated on the main floor. The patio doors leading off the living room onto the covered patio offer lovely views of the sea and the mountains.
