Charming Old Stone House with modern interiors, designed by the famous Serbian architect, Vladimir Lovric. The property is front line to the sea, in a beautiful unspoilt neighbourhood. The inside of the house is spacious, light, bright and in excellent condition and is furnished with top quality furniture which is included in the price.

There are three bedrooms with bathrooms and two large living rooms, kitchen, dining area and a utility room and plant room with huge water tanks. Terraces and garden have fantastic sea views. There is a downstairs toilet and a shower and outside toilet in the garden for use from the sun beds by the sea. There is use of the ponta directly outside the house and there is a place to keep a boat. Although the house does not have a garage, there are several public parking spaces within a few metres. The water of the Bay is incredibly clean and clear.

It is fully air-conditioned, with stone floors and wooden flooring. There is also under floor heating.

The house is a 10 minute drive from Kotor Old Town, and another 10 minutes from UNESCO protected Perast. There are supermarkets and many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Tivat airport is 12 km away with Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports around 1. 5 hrs drive, offering regular flights all over Europe.
