The second floor consists of a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms for staff with private bathrooms, an entrance hall that leads to a triple living room of about 180 square meters. The living room is surrounded by large arched windows that open onto beautiful terraces of about 250 square meters.
The third floor, accessed by an impressive staircase from the main salon, again features a living room and two separate sleeping areas. Each area consists of a spacious hallway, two large double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
The villa is partly surrounded by magnificent panoramic terraces of about 380 square meters and partly by a terraced garden of about 600 square meters. The garden houses a rose garden with over 80 plants as well as various fruit trees.
Opening the windows in all rooms and lounges, the view sweeps to the left along the coast of Domitian, Sperlonga and Gaeta and then continues towards Naples and the imposing Vesuvius, passing by the island of Procida and Capri. This breathtaking panorama is enhanced by the enchanting backdrop of the Aragonese Castle, Ischia"s landmark.
The electrical and plumbing systems of the villa have been completely renewed, and the villa itself has been renovated to offer maximum comfort and modern living style.
