In the charming and quiet village of Masi di Cavalese, located a short distance from the start of the Alpe Cermis ski slopes and from the famous Dolomites bike path, we offer a detached house on three levels in energy class A+, situated in an environment surrounded by nature. For the construction of the building, built in 2022, we used first-class materials such as our noble local wood, a detail that stands out at first sight. A happy union thanks to the large windows that give light and warmth to the interiors, the wood that takes us to our origins and the technology that projects us into the future. Numerous development possibilities: from single to two-family solution or even as an investment with the realization of a sought-after B&B, which is nowadays one of the most sought-after vacation solutions by our guests. Currently the building is divided into four units: three small apartments for rent and the fourth with four rooms and two bathrooms. The attention to detail makes each apartment a cozy place, from the wooden floors, to the equipment of the bathrooms and kitchens, to the choice of lighting, which, as we all know, can give a special charm. Each element of the building has been selected to achieve an innovative structure both from a structural and energy point of view; the photovoltaic panels and the heat pump provides cost-effective comfort in all rooms.
The residence is completed by the outdoor parking and the garden where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

Cavalese is a charming town in the province of Trento in northeastern Italy and is considered the center of the Val di Fiemme, also known as the Fiemme Valley. The Fiemme Valley is part of the Dolomites, a mountain range classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The valley is surrounded by a series of impressive mountain peaks such as the Lagorai and the Latemar groups.
The area around Cavalese is characterized by a breathtaking natural landscape. You will find dense forests, crystal clear rivers and streams, green meadows and towering mountains dominating the landscape.
