The garden borders directly on the Riviera and has a boating area for lake lovers.
There is also an herb garden and space for an eventual swimming pool.
The property is divided as follows:

The main entrance leads into the living area with fireplace, high wood beam ceilings and direct access to the charming kitchen with stone floors and fireplace and a bathroom. From the kitchen you can access the back garden.
A wooden staircase leads to the second floor where there is a studio and library with fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub, two double bedrooms, both with terraces and lake views and a spacious hallway with plenty of storage space. Lots of natural light, wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors.
Another staircase leads to the attic with another bathroom, 2 bedrooms and another single bedroom. The roof is sloping in the upper part of the house, so this part of the house would possibly be used by children.
