The exclusive villa (826,00 m2 usable area) is located in a hilly and panoramic area in the municipality of Canzo, near the Gajum springs, in a reserved residential area with prestigious villas and historical parks. It is decentralized in relation to the center of the municipality of Canzo, where the main services (town hall, post office, schools, train and bus station) and stores are located. All walkways are paved with large and thick Lucerne stone slabs.
