Arriving at the property, gates open up onto the fully enclosed plot with ample space for parking. In front of you is the modern main house, to the right is the second house (which needs a full reform). It is a historical cortijo of 118m2 with private chapel and 20,000-liter subterranean water reserve. In addition to the natural spring water which feeds the swimming pool and other reservoirs on the plot... There is a newly-cleaned 100 meter well with legal paperwork and rights to up to 7,000,000 liters a year, ensuring you will always have a supply of quality water.
