The town of Budoni in Sardinia is located in the northeast of the island and belongs to the province of Sassari (formerly: Olbia-Tempio). You can get there via the port or airport of Olbia, from there it is about half an hour by car. From Cagliari airport, on the other hand, it is about 3 to 3.5 hours by car. Budoni and the surrounding municipalities are ideal places for a beach vacation or seaside vacation. The area is also ideal for a family vacation. The beaches in and around Budoni run shallowly into the water and are extensive and shine in a magnificent blue. Pine groves in front of the beaches complete the picture. Budoni includes several municipalities - among others Tanaunella, Baia Sant"Anna and also Porto Ottiolu, where there is a beautiful harbor that is part of Budoni. The hinterland is hilly, but not too rugged, so that walks and easy hikes are possible here. There are also numerous excursions that can be made from here. The small village of Budoni has no other sights worth mentioning.
